Testimonials
Feeling ‘rich’ is relative based on several factors. However, most people would agree if their basic needs are met; things like having a roof over their head, having food to eat, having money to buy what they need, perhaps having an inheritance, good health, living in a safe neighborhood, having great relationships, having influence and being able to make a difference in their world would be considered as being rich.
When you ponder on this carefully, you may agree many of us are blessed in many ways yet we didn’t 'make it' all by ourselves. We owe some of our success to the many people in our lives from our parents, siblings, teachers, partners, faith leaders, neighborhood, schools, society, environment, country, company, luck, fate, and so on. Perhaps, if we consider ourselves as being ‘rich’ and ‘successful’ (also within reason), we ought to consider giving back to another.
Testimonials from 2023:
Stephy - Our first student on the program successfully graduated her Nursing degree and now on the workforce. Stephy's dad is a bus driver and her mum's the homemaker and hence doesn't have sufficient funds to support Stephy through university. Stephy's confident she would be able to pay it forward towards another student in later years.
Jeffin - Completed high school and has enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering Diploma course, but his family is economically weak to support his studies and so we are supporting Jeffin with his school fees. We envisage Jeffin completing his studies over 2yrs time and being able to support his family. Jeffin has agreed to pay it forward for another student in this program once he starts working. - Update - Jeffin is currently in his final semester and is looking to graduate by summer of 2024.
Nathanael - secured a full scholarship for his 3 year BA program in Sound Engineering in 2022 and needed some high spec IT equipment which we were able to support him for. Nathanael's future plans include pursuing a Master's degree in Audiography and Digital Editing and support his family, community and help other candidates in similar situations. He is on course to complete his program in 2025.
Sam - Currently holds a bachelor's degree and is looking to expand his horizon and has enrolled for MBA this year. He's currently in his first semester. and looking to graduate by Fall of 2025.
Shanti Bhavan - We are currently looking to partner with Shanti Bhavan so we can support a child through their graduate program. We aim to expand further on this partnership in year 2 and beyond.
